Kristen Grace ~ Bio

Like many others, my body and mind have responded to Yoga in ways I didn’t think were possible. Yoga helps us to process our feelings, gain mental clarity in order to make better decisions and help us realize the strength we already possess.  That is because we are always healing. Every moment of every day, we are healing from something; physical or emotional. It is an amazing privilege to help others heal through yoga instruction. I have no idea what he or she is going through when they step into my class, but I’m given a window of opportunity to speak to them in some way that could make their day a little bit better, a decision a little bit clearer and strengthen their spirits to hang in there a little bit longer. My hope is to share, inspire and contribute to others in a meaningful and genuine way. I look forward to sharing my passion with you and for such a beautiful practice that is …Yoga.
